Password Security
Mytrek France recommends using strong passwords containing:
- At least 8 characters .
- A combination of letters, numbers and special characters .
Example: APassword@123!
Password Security
The strength of a password depends largely on its complexity.
To ensure optimal protection, it is recommended that each user chooses a password of at least 8 characters , incorporating three of the following four types :
- Capital letters (eg: A, B, C...)
- Lowercase letters (eg: a, b, c...)
- Numbers (eg: 1, 2, 3...)
- Special characters (eg: @, !, $...)
To generate a secure and easy to remember password, it is possible to use mnemonic tricks:
- Keep only the first letters of an easy-to-remember phrase (e.g.: "A Secure Password!" → "1MdP@S!" )
- Capitalize proper nouns or specific terms
- Keep some punctuation marks
- Transform numbers into digits (eg: "two" → "2")
