Introduction

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the General Conditions and includes the same definitions as those used in the latter.

The purpose of this policy is to inform users about how their Personal Data is collected and processed by MyExplorer France , as well as the rights they have in this regard.

  • General Conditions : all General Conditions of Use, Sale and Service .

  • Specific Rights : rights granted to Data Subjects regarding the management of their personal data.
  • Data Subject : any individual whose personal data is collected and processed via the Site .
  • Personal Data Regulations : all applicable laws, in particular the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .
  • My Explorer France : means Ecomeo OÜ , a company registered in Estonia and responsible for data processing.
  • Terminal : device used to access the Site (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.).

In accordance with the regulations, the processing carried out by MyExplorer France is based on specific legal bases:

Mytrek France recommends using strong passwords containing:

  • At least 8 characters .
  • A combination of letters, numbers and special characters .

The strength of a password depends largely on its complexity.

To ensure optimal protection, it is recommended that each user chooses a password of at least 8 characters , incorporating three of the following four types :

  • Capital letters (eg: A, B, C...)
  • Lowercase letters (eg: a, b, c...)
  • Numbers (eg: 1, 2, 3...)
  • Special characters (eg: @, !, $...)

To generate a secure and easy to remember password, it is possible to use mnemonic tricks:

  • Keep only the first letters of an easy-to-remember phrase (e.g.: "A Secure Password!" → "1MdP@S!" )
  • Capitalize proper nouns or specific terms
  • Keep some punctuation marks
  • Transform numbers into digits (eg: "two" → "2")
