Cancellation of order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been accepted by MyExplorer France and before the goods have been dispatched, a full refund will be made.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this time, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Some products cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable items (food, flowers, etc.)
- Hygiene or intimate use products
- Hazardous materials or flammable substances
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
To make a return, proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer without our prior consent.
Special situations with partial reimbursement:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund procedure
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt of the item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Delays or absence of reimbursement
If you have not yet received your refund:
- First check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Then contact your bank.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@myexplorer-france.com.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Returns Shipping
To return a product, please contact us by email at info@myexplorer-france.com for shipping instructions.
Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The full original order amount will be fully refunded. In the event of a return, we will refund you in full within 7 days of receipt of the product (excluding return costs which remain your responsibility).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
